Jeremy Dolgin

I have been practicing family law for over twenty years. I graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 1997 and refine and continue to enhance my training with workshops, seminars and courses. While many of my clients reside in the Ottawa area, I have developed a national and international practice representing people who live in other parts of Ontario, Canada and around the world.

I represent clients at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. My cases have taken me to many different courts throughout Ontario and I am therefore well acquainted with the particular cultures of courts both in and outside the Ottawa region. 

As a trained mediator and founding member of the collaborative law network of Ottawa, I am confident in the ability of non-adversarial processes to achieve positive results for people in a timely and cost effective manner. I believe profoundly in this type of resolution and resolve many of my files through negotiation, collaborative law and using the services of other mediators for my clients. 

Leslie Belson

Leslie Belson has a background in architecture and design. She reinvented herself almost twenty years ago to become Mr. Dolgin’s invaluable legal assistant. Ms. Belson manages Mr. Dolgin’s practice, collects clients’ background information and prepares court documents. She ensures, along with Mr. Dolgin, that our clients are well engaged and aware of all processes.
