Jeremy Dolgin’s practice focuses on the needs of people in the process of separating or divorcing. His expertise lies in careful and thoughtful strategies tailored to each unique situation. Many disputes can only be resolved in a courtroom, but Mr. Dolgin also recognizes the benefits of alternative dispute resolution such as negotiation and mediation. Alternative dispute resolution can maximize results while minimizing both financial and emotional costs.
Mr. Dolgin graduated from the University of Toronto law school in 1996. He appears regularly in the Superior Court of Justice, and has also represented clients at the Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Ontario Court of Justice.
As a trained mediator and founding member of the collaborative law network of Ottawa, Mr. Dolgin conducts mediations and represents clients in collaborative family law cases.
